About Us
Jay Lowenthal took a non-traditional path to his career in the legal profession. He worked in various other jobs for more than 2 decades, so he can relate better to other people than most attorneys. Jay has already experienced many of the same problems that now face his clients, which means he never forgets where he came from. In fact, Jay still gives his time and energy working at the Pro Bono Clinic at Rutgers Law School, helping the poor with some of their legal problems and helping current law students get involved with the community and community service.
Year after year, Jay has been awarded special honors and certificates by Chief Judge Wizmur in Camden Federal Court for his contributions with the program.
Jay is currently a member of the Gloucester County Bar Association and has been associated with the Camden County Bar as well as the NJ State Bar, Philadelphia State Bar, and in particular, Criminal Law, Traffic Law and Bankruptcy Law Sections.
